Quality provision
We are continuously improving our service to meet the needs of all our learners.

Tony Davies, Quality Director
Quality Improvement
Quality Improvement at Pembrokeshire College is intended as a continuous process. Staff, from both Academic and Business Support Services all contribute to the quality of service provision to ensure staff ownership.
Quality review is regarded as a mechanism to inform future planning regarding strengths and weaknesses, to identify resource implications and to influence and set policy parameters. All staff are given the opportunity to feedback on their services throughout the year and are then encouraged to draw up effective action plans, focusing on areas for future development. All action plans feed up into Teaching and Business Support reviews and ultimately the college's Strategic Plan, ensuring that all staff have been involved in the overall business objectives of the organisation.
