Netball Academy players in West Wales Squad

Three Pembrokeshire College students have been picked to play for the West Wales squad. The three players, Eleri Griffiths, Lisa Marie Hassal and Katie Evans, are all studying level 3 sports science national diplomas and are part of the college’s elite Netball Academy.

Eleri Griffiths, from Puncheston, aged 17, intends going on to University, to study sports biomedicine at Cardiff Lisa Marie Hassal, Carmarthen, aged 18, wants to become a sports teacher, and Katie Evans, from Simpson Cross, aged 17, wants a career in sports development. The team have played Cardiff and Millfield, and are going to play in a major tournament in Bangor in February to compete for the best area squad in Wales.
