In the Academy Restaurant at Pembrokeshire College you will learn how to set up your work area including the calibrated grinder. All ingredients will be provided. Learn the correct amount of ground coffee and water ratios for varying drinks. See how the machine works and array of utensils and cups used in the process. Understand the science behind Espresso bases to create a perfect drink and understand optimum temperatures for serving.
