This course is designed to produce technicians with a sound grounding in the principles of electrical and electronic engineering.
What you could do after this course
After successful completion of this course it is possible to top up to a HND and then Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
Entry requirements
- 80 UCAS points (from main programme) at AS Level/Vocational A Level (GCE)
- National Diploma
- Access to HE Qualification
- Relevant training and experience equivalent to NVQ Level 3
- For mature applicants - Direct admissions to programmes for applicants who have been out of full time education for more than two years will be considered based on previous learning or experience. Each application will be considered on individual merit. We recommend an interview with one of our Careers Advisers before submitting your application.
- Entry is normally subject to interview.
