A full consultation and aromatherapy massage using a blend of essential oils to suit individual needs. Allow yourself to unwind and be pampered! - £12 per session (£36 for a course of 4/case study)

Full body Swedish massage (1 1/4 hours)

To relax and de-stress the whole body - £10 per session (£24 for a course of 3/case study)

Indian head massage (45 minutes)

A therapeutic massage to the upper body, shoulders, neck, scalp and face, helping to relieve tension, stress, muscular pain and related problems - £5 per session (£12 for a course of 3/case study)

Sports massage

For sports or industrial injury or maintenance of function - £3 per session (audio sonic for muscle tension £1 extra, infra red for warming tissues £2 extra)

Facials

Dermalogica skin care facials (1 hour)

Tailor made to suit your skin type. Includes exfoliation, massage and masque (steam optional) - £13 per session

Super cleansing galvanic facial

Deep cleansing gels, high frequency to nourish and oxygenate the skin (vacuum suction for lymphatic drainage optional) - £15 per session

40 minute de-stress package

A combination of infra-red heat lamp to give a warm, therapeutic effect on tissues; a back, neck and shoulder massage; and audio sonic sound wave vibrations to relax tense muscles - £8 per session.
