The UK is one of the world's leading boatbuilding countries, with market leaders such as Sunseeker and Oyster making significant contributions to UK export figures. MITEC offers a number of City & Guilds vocational courses leading to careers in marine engineering and traditional or composite boatbuilding. If a career at sea interests you, MITEC also offer a National Diploma in Marine Engineering as an alternative route at level 3.
