Progression possibilities in golf will depend on the student's ability. PGA. Foundation Degree or BA (Hons) Degree at Birmingham University.
Entry Requirements
The academy is only available to students wishing to study a full-time course at Pembrokeshire College and aged 16-21 years.
Golf assessments are conducted at the beginning of September in the year of entry.
Course Content
The golf academy involves two training sessions per week (normally 2½ hours per session) and regular competitions including entry into the National Championships for Colleges of Further Education.
Course Assessment
Academic study is assessed via the chosen course of study. Support is available through a monthly review system for players conducted by the golf tutor and coaching team.

Essential Equipment
You will be required to purchase a personal training kit costing approximately £150 (non-refundable).
Assistance may be available towards the purchase of the personal kit through the College Financial Contingency Fund (depending on personal circumstances).
