Self-catering accommodation in flats and houses

The accommodation office has lists of registered landlords both inside and outside Haverfordwest. Lists comprise of self-catering, shared also board and lodgings for rent to students of Pembrokeshire College. Rents excluding bills may vary between £30 and £75 per student per week depending on the type of accommodation and facilities provided.

Landlord's contracts are usually from 37 to 43 weeks and a bond of between £100 to £200 will normally be charged. The lists are updated on a regular basis, but accommodation on the lists is not inspected by Pembrokeshire College staff. Students must make direct contact with landlords and landladies and agreements made between landlords and students are private.
