Training4business Synopsis
Employers have been talking to us and we have been listening carefully to what they have been telling us about training needs, skills gaps and the importance of having the right quality and quantity of human capital.
Consequently, over the past eight months we have developed a “one-stop shop” for employers in the locality and for those further afield to deal with enquiries about qualifications, training and bespoke workshops. As a college, we have a wealth of experience of working with industry - both large and small - and have a pool of expertise and knowledge within our own staff teams across a range of occupational sectors.
We recognise the importance of being able to respond flexibly to the needs of industry and commerce and feel that our new “Training4Business” department is able to fulfil the demands that businesses are placing on their preferred training providers. We firmly believe that the success of any business must have at its core the development of talent through learning, training and experience.
Providing learning opportunities enables your employees to achieve personal and career goals and increases staff engagement. This, in turn, can drive business benefits, particularly in terms of increased productivity and retention. Well-planned training is an effective retention strategy and a good learning and talent development programme helps to ensure that the right people with the right skills and capabilities are retained.
We offer a free training needs analysis, which provides an overview of the skills, talent and capabilities of an organisation and look forward to providing you and your business with a “health check” in the near future.
Sustained organisational performance and an effective learning strategy for employees are even more crucial in times of constrained finance, redundancies and restructuring. Training4business is here to help your business achieve those aims.
