Is this course right for me?

There are many settings and features that will help enhance your photographs this course will also give you advice and guidance on the artistry of taking photos.

Each week, you will work towards building a portfolio of images that could be exhibited at the end of the course.

To join the group you will need a DSLR camera with manual mode.

This eight week course runs on a Thursday, 18:00 – 20:00, Pembrokeshire College Main Campus.

The course will develop your technical and visual skills as you learn the principles of digital photography.

Workshops include the basics such as how to hold your camera to using aperture and shutter speed, white balance, composition and metering.

A series of weekly hands-on assignments allows you to practice the skills you learn.

Learners are able to complete either the full qualification or certain units or elements through the medium of Welsh/bilingually. Visit our Welsh Language in the College page to find out what else is available to you.
