This programme is designed to enable learners to experience a range of vocational areas, increasing exposure to different progression pathways, including employment, work-based learning or a further education College course. Underpinned by the John Muir Award and following the five ways to wellbeing, learners will experience the outdoors through a range of activities in team work, volunteering, exploring, employability and work readiness as well as confidence building and resilience through an intensive tutorial and support programme.

This 20 week programme starts in January (late entrants will be considered) and will run over 5 days per week which will include one classroom day usually based at Withybush where learners will work on skills in literacy, numeracy and digital literacy.
