Talented second year Music Technology students from Pembrokeshire College will be unleashing Madness in the Merlin Theatre on Friday 24th November in their first live performance of the year.
Tied & Wasted, GLUE, De-fuser and Kingskin will be performing an eclectic and energetic mix of music at what promises to be an unmissable evening. With big ambitions and even bigger sounds this is a group of musicians who really mean business.
Lead singer of Tied & Wasted, Brodie Morgans described their sound: “We’re a tasty mix of rap rock tunes with a hint of hip hop. If you like Rage Against the Machine, Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Beastie Boys, then you’ll want to catch our new music that you’ll find nowhere else in Pembrokeshire.”
If that’s not your thing, GLUE are an alternative indie band creating tunes that will stick in your head while De-fuser are an energetic pop rock band that mixes heavy metal, synth pop and acoustic ballads creating a unique wash of soft harmonious vocals, melodic guitar lines and a strong rhythmic section.
To top it all off, Kingskin are ‘a fresh new alternative rock joint built from classic bangers’.
Dance, mosh, jump, skank, sit and take a breather, but don’t miss out. For a sneak preview, check out our events page on Facebook: madnessinthemerlin.
Tickets for the gig are just £3 each or two for £5 and are available from College Reception or by calling 01437 753000.
