The Agile Project Management (AgilePM) Foundation and Practitioner course bundle includes both the AgilePM Foundation and AgilePM Practitioner online courses.

This course will benefit individuals who may be investigating the implications of adopting Agile Project Management within their organisation and is designed to equip you with the confidence to sit the Agile Project Management Foundation and Practitioner qualifications.

This four day online course normally runs, 09:00 – 17:00.

Topics covered will include:

  • The underpinning philosophy and principles of Agile
  • The lifecycle of an Agile project, including alternative configurations
  • The products produced during an Agile project and their purpose
  • The techniques used and their benefits and limitations
  • The roles and responsibilities within an Agile project
  • How to apply a variety of agile practices to a project, for example, workshops, the MoSCoW technique to define project priorities, iterative development and modeling
  • How to test, estimate and evaluate profit delivery in an Agile project
  • Facilitation and support mechanisms within an Agile project
  • The agile approach to manage and prioritize requirements
  • Online examinations

There will be work allocated each evening and reviewed the following day and there will be some additional reading required prior to starting the course.

Learners are able to complete either the full qualification or certain units or elements through the medium of Welsh/bilingually. Visit our Welsh Language in the College page to find out what else is available to you.
