This course is suited to both experienced engineers and newcomers to the industry and covers all aspects of domestic and light commercial oil burners.

This could include undertaking the OFT50 certificate of training.

- Regional legislation and requirements
- Safe electrical isolation, knowledge of oil storage and supply
- Practical servicing and commissioning
- Service and commission two and three stage pressure-jet burners
- General servicing of heating systems
- Commissioning and documentation
- Fault finding
- Practical assessment during the course
- Practical examination
- Written examination
- Copies of prior learning and/or qualifications
