To Start

Brocolli soup with ricotta and stilton beignet, confit egg yolk, butternut squash and tandoori masala focaccia (v)

Stuffed lamb shoulder served with caramelised onions with thyme and balsamic,
braised barley and cauliflower mornay

Indian roasted cauliflower with a mango chutney, sour cream, pickled chilli, toasted pumpkin seeds and salt and pepper tofu (v)

White chocolate crémeux with pear, honey and a sticky toffee sauce
