How to join:
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to be sent the membership forms to fill in
Send a picture to be put onto your membership ID card
Pay online or fill in a direct debit form at the fitness suite desk depending on your chosen payment method
Book an induction
Email email@example.com or visit the fitness suite desk
Pay your membership at reception or online (if you are joining after the first week of the month visit the fitness suite desk)
Show your receipt to a member of staff and book your induction

Annual Class Pass – £50 for Staff/Students
Public: only £3 per class or £10 for 4 classes
Staff: only £2 per class or £6 for 4 classes
Students: only £1 per class
Dancefit is designed to be a fun, energetic cardio session. You’ll learn some new dance moves in rhythm with the music played.
You’ll be enjoying yourself so much you will forget that you’re doing exercise!
Metafit is a high-intensity workout including a series of body-weight exercises with interval style training, designed to keep your body burning calories long after your training session is complete.
Designed by a former marine, this is a class you can be sure to push your limits in.
It’s only thirty minutes long, but you will train hard the entire time. It’s suitable for everyone and you can adjust the exercises to suit your own abilities.
Pilates allows you to finish the week feeling on top of the world! Brilliant for improving core strength, stability, control and balance. Pilates is suitable for all levels of fitness and ability, meaning anyone can join in at any time and benefit from coming to the classes.
These sessions are taken by our class instructor Hannah Morris, an experienced pilates instructor.
Ashtanga flow yoga
This is a dynamic, physically demanding practice which synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence.
Wednesdays 07:00-08:00 am
This is a more standard yoga class, focusing on improving strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental well-being. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.
This is a great entry-level class for anyone who is a beginner thinking about taking it up.

Get familiar with the team members!
Karle has been a fitness instructor for over 7 years.
He has vast experience instructing circuit training, kettlebell classes, boxercise and bootcamp classes.
Karle is also a qualified pool plant operator and has over 5 years experience managing a swimming pool, spa and sauna.
Hannah is a class instructor, having taught various classes for a number of years. Hannah specializes in dance, she helps choreograph the annual pantomime that takes place in the college.
Hannah currently teaches Pilates & Zumba on a weekly basis.
Irena is a class instructor that specializes in various types of Yoga.
She teaches a variety of yoga sessions around the county and currently teaches Ashtanga Flow yoga on a Wednesday morning bright and early at 6:50am with an additional yoga session Thursday at 7:00am.
