Karle Williams

Fitness Supervisor

I have worked at Campus 6 Fitness since we opened in 2017. I started as a fitness instructor for one year, following which I took the supervisor role which I have now been for four years.

I am a qualified fitness instructor and have worked in the leisure industry for 10 years. I have worked as a lifeguard and pool plant operator. I’ve taught various fitness classes including kettlebell classes, circuit training, bootcamps and boxercise.

I completed my Award in Education and Training and my TAQA assessor qualification and I deliver part-time courses in Pembrokeshire College, most recently I delivered a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification for Pembrokeshire Leisure staff.

I played rugby for 10 years for various teams and for county. I was the captain for Whitland youth and won player of the year. I played for Whitland 2nd XV for three years and won players’ player of the year three years running. I have won Pembrokeshire cup four times with Whitland and won the Carmarthenshire cup which was played in Parc y Scarlets against Newcastle Emlyn.

I train in the Campus 6 Fitness gym five days a week Mon-Fri with a focus on weight training in order to stay in shape and healthy. I enjoy supporting our members in any way I can on their fitness journeys.
