Our guest chef, Craig Evans, a local forager renowned for his expertise around the Pembrokeshire Coast, will be collaborating with our talented hospitality students. Together, they will create a menu that showcases the freshest, locally foraged produce. Expect an evening filled with unique flavours and a warm, welcoming atmosphere as Craig shares his passion for foraging and the students bring their culinary skills to life.
