As the evenings draw in, our talented student chefs have crafted a menu that celebrates the rich, comforting flavours of the season. From delicate consommés to hearty mains and indulgent desserts, each dish showcases the skills and creativity of our students all served in the welcoming atmosphere of SEED Restaurant.

To Start

Smoked salmon terrine served with Melba toast and capers

Pork tenderloin with fondant potato, savoy cabbage, Chantenay carrots and a rich cider jus

Butternut squash and sage risotto with chilli oil (v)

To Finish

Poached pear served with a cinnamon biscuit, caramel and vanilla ice cream
