Haverfordwest Beef Striploin served with Welsh beef croquette, Tenby Harbwr beer braised carrots and a Pant Mar cheese & onion baked Blas Y Tir Potato
To Finish
Barti Rum & Chocolate Crémieux served with a Caldey Island chocolate soil, Pembrokeshire malted cream, candied hazelnut and a Barti salt caramel sauce
