When used in conjunction with massage, aromatherapy can enhance the benefits of a massage by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and easing muscle tension.
- Reflexology – Based on the theory that different points on the feet, hands, and ears correspond to different areas of the body, by applying pressure to these points it is believed that reflexology can promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support overall well-being. The reflexology chart shows the different reflex points on the feet and their corresponding body parts.
