New Term, New Menus
First Themed Evening 17 September

Welcome
I am delighted to welcome you to the SEED Restaurant & Coffee Shop at Pembrokeshire College, a unique student-run restaurant in Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, where our learners gain valuable real-world experience while delivering an exceptional dining experience to members of the public.

Our hospitality and catering students prepare all the food, provide table service and manage front of house operations as part of their studies across Level 1, 2 and 3 qualifications. They take great pride in creating and serving high-quality dishes using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, while developing the skills needed for successful careers in the hospitality industry.

Students train in our industry-standard facilities, including our professional kitchens, restaurant and coffee shop environments, giving them hands-on experience that reflects the standards and expectations of modern hospitality businesses. We encourage you to explore our hospitality and catering facilities and discover the excellent learning environments available at the College.

Our learners are supported by an inspirational team of industry-experienced staff who encourage them to achieve the highest professional standards. We are particularly proud of our students’ success in Wales and WorldSkills UK competitions, including outstanding achievements such as Gold in Culinary Arts and Silver in Restaurant Service at the UK WorldSkills Competition 2025.

SEED Restaurant showcases the talent, creativity and professionalism of our students and demonstrates the exciting opportunities available through our Hospitality & Catering courses. If you are considering a career in the industry, we would encourage you to visit one of our Open Days to explore our facilities, meet our staff and students, and learn more about the pathways available.

We look forward to welcoming you to SEED Restaurant soon and thank you for supporting the next generation of hospitality professionals.
