Multi-award winning Chef and owner of the acclaimed Purple Poppadom in Cardiff, Anand George, was the latest high profile guest chef to be invited to the college.
Anand introduced a new concept of Indian Nouvelle Cuisine to catering students through practical, theory and hands-on delivery. An exquisite Indian meal was delivered by Professional Catering students to a sell out evening.
Discerning foodies from Pembrokeshire have enjoyed a series of special evening hosted by guest chefs including – Jamie Oliver’s (Cardiff) Head Chef Dominic Ashworth, and former College student Christian Fuchs who spent time training as a Chef at Coworth Park in Ascot before taking over The Silverdale in Haverfordwest.
