Whether you are part of a school, hospitality team, volunteer organisation, or local club, our sessions are designed to build confidence and provide life-saving knowledge in a relaxed, supportive environment.
Our experienced first aid tutors deliver hands-on, scenario-based training that can be tailored to your specific setting. You’ll also learn how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) — a vital tool in cardiac emergencies.
