Degree Routes

A great degree of success right on your doorstep

Don’t delay any longer – now’s the time to start studying for that degree you’ve always wanted.

With a range of full and part-time degrees offered at the College, this September is the perfect time to enter higher education. Many local people have already taken up the opportunity of combining learning with working or parenting and boosted not just their career options but also their self-esteem.

Higher education doesn’t necessarily mean studying for an honours degree – you could study a Foundation Degree (work experience combined with academic study), a Higher National Certificate (HNC) or Higher National Diploma (HND), or a Diploma of Higher Education.

You can contact our Admissions Team or come to one of our open days to find out more about our courses.

We also have Career Coach which is an online package with information about careers in our area, examples of earnings and which courses might help you reach your career goals. Please note this is an external company website which is only available in English. It includes:

  • Three online assessments to give you an idea of careers that may suit your personality type
  • Specific job roles, linked to the sector you are interested in
