Is this course right for me?

The Level 2 Award in Drawing is designed to advance skills and knowledge in the art of drawing. This course is ideal for those who have some basic experience or interest in drawing and wish to further develop their abilities in a structured environment.

  • No formal entry requirements

Drawing and Measurement:

  • To introduce systems of measurement in observational drawing that lead to an ability to translate 3D subjects into 2D linear drawings

Drawing Materials and Methods:

  • To introduce how the choice of materials and methods can influence the appearance and meaning of a drawing

Learners are able to complete either the full qualification or certain units or elements through the medium of Welsh/bilingually. Visit our Welsh Language in the College page to find out what else is available to you.

  • Portfolio of evidence

You may wish to consider another of our part-time courses.

  • Stationery - you will be told about any specific items before you start the course
