Is this course right for me?

You’ll examine real cases of serial killers, compare offender types, and apply profiling techniques to cold case investigations. Along the way, you’ll explore the fascinating (and sometimes unsettling) science of eyewitness testimony, memory distortion and false confessions — and ask how reliable criminal profiling really is.

Designed for the curious public, documentary enthusiasts and psychology lovers alike, this course requires no prior knowledge — just an interest in understanding what drives criminal behaviour and how psychology is used in the pursuit of justice.

There are no formal entry requirements, just enthusiasm and keen interest in the subject. This course is non-accredited so you will not be assessed. It is for personal development and fun!
