This qualification has been designed to provide students with an exciting and challenging experience, which will introduce them to the rigours and rewards of
exploring and working within this creative activities. The qualifications, whilst allowing learners to build on prior experience, will require them to approach
new intellectual and material challenges, designed to deliver an independent critical understanding and extended skills base.

The Camera: Film or Digital – To introduce to the learner the principles, knowledge, understanding and skills necessary to safely generate images using a film
or digital camera
Plus one other Unit from the list below (to be confirmed) –
– The Photographic Project
– Lighting in Photography
– Digital Imaging and Printing
– Process Film and Print

Learners have the option to complete course assessment/assignments or elements of the course through the medium of Welsh or bilingually. Visit our Welsh Language in the College page to find out what else is available to you.
