This course aims to help plumbers and heating engineers who want to install Vented and Unvented Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems to comply with the appropriate Building Regulations and Standards.

The comprehensive course starts with an intensive training session, giving a refresher of System Design, Maintenance, and Legislation, with the emphasis on relevant changes to the Regulations. Then assessments.

Upon successful completion candidates will gain the BPEC Domestic Hot Water Storage Systems certificate and Competency Card. Certificates are normally valid for 5 years. Candidates are eligible for reassessment within 12 months of expiry. Previous certificates must be presented to the assessment centre as evidence of holding the initial qualification.
