Is this course right for me?

Designed for professionals in the electrotechnical sector, including electricians, designers, and inspectors, this three day course is intended for electricians seeking to update their knowledge of wiring regulations to align with current standards. Participants will gain a practical understanding of the latest edition of the British Standard BS 7671:2018 Amendment 2:2022, also known as the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) Wiring Regulations 18th Edition.

Please note that this qualification meets a part of the requirements for the full Electrician’s qualification framework and as a ‘standalone’ qualification will not qualify an individual to work on electrical installations.

Candidates must hold a Level 2 Electrical Installations qualification and ideally also completed or be working towards Level 3.

Learners will require the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:2018 Amendment 2:2022 by The Institution of Engineering and Technology to be brought with them on the first day.
