Is this course right for me?

This 26 week (six month) course is for assessors/practitioners who assess knowledge and/or skills in vocationally related subject areas using the following assessment methods:

  • Simulated Environments
  • Skills Tests
  • Oral and Written Questions
  • Assignments
  • Projects
  • Case Studies
  • Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

This is one of the assessment and quality assurance qualifications, part of an integrated suite of Training Assessment Quality Assurance (TAQA) qualifications for training, assessment and quality assurance practitioners.

  • Visits from your assessor to your place of work

These qualifications can help you to progress in a wide range of roles, including:

  • Assessor
  • Internal Quality Assurer (IQA)
